BREAKAWAY SUNDAY TERMS & CONDITIONS

First Draw on Sunday 5th December 2021

• This is a Spend to Win Promotion
• It will be drawn every Sunday
• Draws take place every Sunday between 5pm and 6pm
• 10 draws take place every Sunday and one NSW BREAKAWAY is guaranteed to be won.
• Members will receive an entry ticket with every $10 they spend on Food & Beverage every Saturday to Thursday and I ticket for every $20 spent on Raffle tickets every Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Sunday or $10 spent at Bingo and Cash Housie Games at Monday to Thursday Members can also receive 1 extra ticket for every $100 turnover whilst gaming between 3 30pm and 5pm every Sunday.

How to enter?
• Spend $10 of more on Saturday to Thursday in Kelly’s Bar + Kitchen, Chopstix or Fork, Lakeview Bar, Squires Terrace Bar, Dom’s Cocktail Lounge, The Basement Sports Bar, The Grub, EVAN Theatre Bar to receive one ticket to be placed in the barrel on Sunday.
• Purchase $20 worth of raffle tickets in our Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday or Sunday raffles to earn one ticket to be placed in the barrel on Sunday
• Receive one ticket for every $10 spent on Bingo or Cash Housie games Monday to Thursday.
• Tickets will commence printing on Monday 29 November 2021
• Member must keep the tickets to be placed in the barrel after 4pm Sunday
• Members place tickets in the barrel located in the Promotions Area, tickets are valid the week of issue only
• The barrel will open at 4pm on Sunday in the promotions area.
• Barrel will be emptied after the weekly draw
• Tickets are valid week of issue only
• Tickets gain via gaming on Sunday will be issued via a voucher at the swipe kiosk, this voucher will need to be redeemed at the Promotions Desk or the Membership Centre.

Bonus Tickets
• Members can earn 2 Tickets for every $10 spend on Food & Beverage between 12 noon and 2pm Monday and Tuesday
Draws:
• Every Sunday, 10 winning tickets will be selected from the barrel.
• Draws will continue until 10 winners are found.
• Each winner will be given the chance to play Colossus for the chance to win a NSW BREAKAWAY.
• if a winner does not present themselves there will be a redraw until we have 10 winners.
• All winners will be given the chance to play Colossus in the numerical order they were selected from the barrel.
• The winners will win one of the ten prizes by spinning Colossus and matching the symbols to the prize list.
• A member can only be drawn out once per week to play Colossus.

• The total cost per package $2500.00
• Total cost of holidays in promotion is $22500
Plus:
• Weekly Cash Prizes to the value of $22500

TOTAL COST $45000.

The member will have 4 minutes to present themselves to the host.

Conditions of Entry
1. The promotion is conducted by Penrith Rugby League Club Limited (ABN 57 000 578 398), herein referred to as ‘The Club’, of Mulgoa Road Penrith, NSW 2750. Telephone number (02) 47205555.
2. The promotion operates from 29 November 2021 to Sunday 30 January 2022
3. The promotion is open to full 2022 financial members of the Club excludes Social members, Directors, Management, Staff, contractors and their employees of the Panthers Penrith and related companies.
4. The promotion comprises of a 10 draws every Sunday, between 5pm and 6pm, from the barrel located at Promotions desk in Panthers Penrith for the chance to play Colossus
5. 10 Prizes will be loaded on Colossus as per the above prize list.
6. All draws are held at the Panthers Penrith premises (123 Mulgoa Road, Penrith 2750)
7. It is the responsibility of members to be in an area of the Panthers Penrith premises where they can hear draw announcements.
8. A member must personally present their full 2022 financial membership card to the promotion host within four (4) minutes of the announcement to claim any prize.
9. All draws will be announced on the PA system at the Panthers Penrith premises.
10. The barrel will be emptied after each weekly draw.
11. Members must be present to win.
12. All 10 winners must present themselves at the Promotions desk to play Colossus in order of being drawn from the barrel.
13. If a winner fails to present them self, a redraw will take place until we have all 10 winners.
14. Once a ticket has been drawn from the barrel it cannot be put back in the barrel.
15. Tickets can be earnt with $10.00 spend from any of the Panthers Penrith Food and Beverages outlets as listed above on the days listed above during the duration of the promotion or with every $20 spent at our weekly Raffles or $10.00 at Bingo and Cash Housie sessions as listed above. (not available on Friday)
16. The barrel opens at 4pm every Sunday and close at 5 55pm
17. Members can only be draw out once per session.
18. Promotion is only for financial members of Panthers Penrith.

General
19. Total prize value for the period of the promotion is $.45000
20. The Club collects personal information in order to conduct the Promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and, as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this information. Entrants should direct any request to access, update or correct information to the Club. All entries become the property of the Club.
21. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Club reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
22. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Club, the Club reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
23. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Club (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Club’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorized access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Club) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Club; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (f) use of a prize.
24. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
25. Entry is open to New South Wales residents aged 18 years or over who are fully financial members of the Club including proposed members and excluding barred/suspended, Directors, management and employees of the Club and its related companies and its marketing agencies are not eligible to participate in the Promotion and shall be ineligible for any prize covered herein. Entrants acknowledge that the Club is not liable for reimbursement of any prizes otherwise payable to eligible entrants who are in violation of this provision.
26. The Club reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age, membership status and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant whose entry is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Club’s discretion. Failure by the Club to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
