What does Tim bring to the table?
Quite simply, twenty year’s experience in creating inspiring and delicious dishes in leading hotels and restaurants across the UK and Sydney. Tim is trained in À la carte and banquet service across five star hotels including a one hat restaurant in Sydney and several benchmark restaurants in the UK.
Tim’s experience includes venues such as Hadley Park House Hotel in the UK where he secured a Michelin listing to Head Chef at Garfish in Crow’s Nest most recently. Skilled in sourcing fresh and local produce and offering clients flexible and creative dining solutions, Tim brings to Panthers an unparalleled knowledge of food and events.
