Welcome to Alexander’s, an ambient tapas cocktail lounge nestled away in Panthers Penrith. Alexander’s offers a more sophisticated dining experience. The name pays homage to the great Greg Alexander.

With an array of unique dining options, our chic menu has been designed for sharing. Lunch by day, a tapas cocktail bar by evening, home to high tea and bottomless brunch on the weekends, and your newest dessert spot. 

Sip on signature cocktails, savour delectable treats, and enjoy the company of your dearest. A place to unwind and indulge amongst friends, to celebrate special occasions and everyday moments worth raising a glass to.

Weekend Bottomless Brunch & High Tea

Join us on the weekend for Bottomless Brunch or High Tea. Dine on a set menu, accompanied with a 90 minute beverage package.

Brunch from 11:00am, $85pp

Hummus, prosciutto, warm pizza bread, tomato & balsamic salsa, prawn cocktail sliders, crispy wedges, mushroom arancini with basil sauce & aioli, cronut, caramelised pineapple, candid walnuts & vanilla sauce (sample menu only).

Bottomless Brunch is available Midweek in December

As the year winds down, it’s the perfect time to celebrate! We know weekends fill up quickly, so this December, Alexander’s is bringing you midweek Bottomless Brunch. Available from Wednesday to Sunday, gather your loved ones, colleagues, or anyone in between for a fun end-of-year get-together, complete with a delicious brunch and bottomless drinks.

High Tea from 2:00pm, $85pp

Finger sandwiches and freshly baked scones, served with whipped cream & strawberry conserve. Chefs selection of sweet delights & petit fours, alongside savoury Tuscan chicken sausage rolls and gourmet pies (sample menu only).

Bottomless beverage package – Tap Cocktail on arrival, additional unlimited cocktail selection of; Watermelon Fizz, Alexander’s Tingle, Alexander’s Tropical Punch, Lychee Spritz, sparkling wine, red or white wine and selected non-alcoholic beverages. Tap cocktails to choose from include: Pink Martini, Passionfruit Martini, Espresso Martini and Strawberry Daiquiri.

Available Wednesday to Friday from 12pm – 3pm.
