- Flexible Timing — available 12pm–3pm or 6pm–9pm, 7 days a week (package-dependent, see below).

CLASSIC BAR EVENT PACKAGE
Squires Terrace Bar & The Backyard
Our original crowd-pleaser – relaxed, social, and endlessly customisable. Kick off with a grazing starter, then dig into five delicious pizzas and your choice of a taco or burger station.
What’s Included:
- Grazing Starter – fine cheeses, cured meats, gourmet dips, crackers and dried nuts
- Choice of 5 Pizzas – Margherita, Hawaiian, Meatlovers, Tandoori, Roast Pumpkin
- Choice of Station:
- Taco Station – soft tacos, pulled pork or shredded chicken (GF), pico de gallo, guacamole, Mexican cheese, spicy mayo (vegetarian available on request)
- Burger Bar – beef, char-grilled chicken or pulled pork, potato bun, shredded lettuce, tomato, caramelised onion, BBQ sauce, American mustard, smoky chipotle mayo, cheese (vegan option available, additional cost)

ALEXANDER’S EVENT PACKAGE
For a touch more polish, Alexander’s serves up a refined, share-style dining experience – perfect for milestone birthdays, engagements, or that special work celebration. Think elevated small plates and wood-fired pizza, delivered course by course.
What’s Included:
Cold Entrée
- Marinated mixed olives (GF, DF, V, VG)
- Hommus, olive oil, paprika and warm Turkish bread (DF, V)
- Prosciutto crudo, rocket and olive oil (DF, GF)
Second Drop
- Vegetable dumplings, chilli soy sauce and pickled ginger (DF)
- Peking duck spring rolls, hoisin mayonnaise (DF)
- Corn & jalapeno arancini, roasted red pepper pesto and parmesan (V)
Third Drop
- Peri Peri Chicken Pizza – sourdough base, Italian tomato sugo, mozzarella, peri chicken and peri mayo
- Roasted Mushroom & Potato Pizza – sourdough base, Italian tomato sugo, mozzarella, thyme, mushroom and confit garlic potato

Spaces fill fast for weekends and peak dates – enquire today and let the festivities begin.
Terms & Conditions
- No external catering permitted, including from restaurants located within Panthers.
- Additional platters and pizzas available for purchase; set food combinations apply per package.
- Quoted pricing is based on a minimum of 20 people. Additional guests can be added at $50.00 per person (Alexander’s package).
- Full payment required within 5 days to confirm your booking, or the event space will be released.
- Minimum 20 people, maximum 50 people for events held in public bar spaces.
- Bar tabs to be settled via credit card at the conclusion of the event.
- No bookings available on public holiday weekends or Panthers NRL home games.
