We all know regular gentle exercises are great for our bodies. Partaking in daily exercises will help keep us in tip-top shape! Therefore, it makes sense to try our gentle exercise classes that help build your strength. Generally, this class is suited to our more mature members, but everyone and all ages are welcome.
